CAR SHOW APPEARANCE WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM

All activities, attendance, engagement, use, and participation in the Triton College Car Show shall be undertaken by the Participant at Participant’s sole risk. I agree that Community College District 504, commonly known as Triton College (the “College”), shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, for any injury, direct or indirect and however caused, to person or property arising out of or in connection with Participant’s attendance at the Triton College Car Show, or in any way arising from or related to the use of any of the services or facilities of Triton College. This indemnification shall include acts of both active and passive negligence that may be alleged against Triton College, its officers, members, managers, directors, employees, representatives, contractors, subcontractors, volunteers or agents and I hereby release them and agree to hold them harmless.

I hereby voluntarily release, discharge, waive and relinquish any and all actions or causes of action related to my participation in the Triton College Car Show for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death, including any illness or loss related to COVID, occurring wherever or however the same may occur, and the Undersigned does for him/herself, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assignees hereby release, waive, discharge and relinquish any action or causes of action, aforesaid, which may hereafter arise for him/herself and for his/her estate and agrees that under no circumstances will he/she or his/her heirs, executor, administrators and assignees prosecute, present any claim for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death against Triton College or any of its officers, agents, servants, or employees for any of said causes of action, whether the same shall arise by negligence of any of said persons, or otherwise. IT IS THE INTENTION OF THE VEHICLE OWNER BY THIS INSTRUMENT TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE TRITON COLLEGE OF COOK COUNTY OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR WRONGFUL DEATH. I have read this agreement and I agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
